We are going to bring together once again the members of the call center sector that has reached the state of being the heart of the communication with customers and that is gaining value as a sector with each passing year in the İstanbul Call Center Award Ceremony. .
We are proud of experiencing the 5th years as of 2010 of The Call Center Awards that we bring to life knowing that awarded success is one of the critical factors that elevates the total success of the sector and that triggers creativity.
Parallel to ever self-renewing and developing nature of the sector, with its content also being renewed in response to this change, the Call Center Awards will be seeking for the bests in total of 12 categories with those of “The Best Trainer” and “The Best Telemarketing Sales Campaign” added this year.
Since the very first year it was organized, we have been witnessing with great happiness the positive contribution on service quality and motivation of the award ceremony which, along with Call Center Sector, is followed closely and results of which is expected in excitement also by other sectors.
